PRAYER
Throughout the next 6 weeks, you will be forming a prayer list to pray over on a regular basis. From the beginning, this list will include a "prayer partner" and a "potential disciple." We will also add to the prayer list each week.
PRAYER PARTNER: James reminds us to pray for one another (James 5:16). You will be praying for a family member or close friend on a regular basis throughout these 6 weeks. Plan to pray WITH this person as often as you are able. If you are married and able to pray WITH your spouse, please do so on as many of these days as possible. If you have children, feel free to include them in these prayer times. You are also welcome to partner with somebody in your accountability group and/or have multiple prayer partners. Pray with this person as often as it is possible, but whenever you can't pray together make sure you ask how you can be praying for each other.
POTENTIAL DISCIPLE: The goal of a disciple of Christ should be to make more disciples (Matthew 28:19). You will be specifically praying for a “potential disciple” during the 6-week period. You will regularly pray for this person’s spiritual growth and for opportunities to point them to Jesus. This could be a new believer, younger believer, or nonbeliever. This could also be a co-worker, family member, friend, or someone else. Consider choosing somebody that you see on a regular basis that you hope will deepen his/her walk with Christ.
PRAYER LIST: Each week we will add new people or topics to our "prayer list" with the goal of continuing to pray after this round ends.

Thanksgiving: Verbalize what you’re grateful for in your life and in the world around you.
Supplication: Finally, pray for the needs of others and yourself. This is where your prayer list comes in!
